So in human dimensions Saturn 'makes' an era, better: accompanies the way of an  era.

So Saturn in Pisces shows the completion of what Saturn is already accomplishing in Aquarius (2021 - 2023): the "lightning strike of the spirit into the naive people's soil" (Marx) the shaking of the throne on which the world ruler of the past time ruled.
